Hi, my name is Anneke. I am the mother of a lively and passionate 12 year old girl. I am also an Artist, Cook, Photographer, Recipe Creator and Blogger. I love capturing The Art Of Real Food, visually and nutritionally, by creating delicious, easy and innovative recipes. Sharing my discovery of using food as medicine and the importance of making every bite count. I am passionate about finding "honest" products and brands that make it their mission to offer the best, Organic products that can be trusted to support a healthy lifestyle. I focus on Gluten Free and Superfoods as well as clean eating and it has placed me on a journey to live more intentional when it comes to taking care of my body.
